AI · Product · Platform Engineering

We build the AI systems, dashboards, and platforms your operations run on.

You know your operations, customers, and problems. We bring the engineering depth to turn that knowledge into software your organization owns — fully documented, fully yours from day one.

Built on production-grade technology
Who we work with

You don't need to be technical to work with us.

You bring the knowledge of your business. We bring the engineering depth to design and build around it — explaining every decision in plain terms, not dev jargon.

Founders without a tech team

You know exactly what's slowing your business down. We turn that into a working system — you don't need to hire engineers or learn to brief one.

Operations-heavy businesses

Spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, and manual follow-ups replaced with one system your team actually uses.

Growing teams

Before growth outpaces what one person can track in their head, we turn your process into software that scales with you.

What we solve

Four kinds of problems. One engineering team.

Every engagement is different, but most systems we build fall into one of these. Find the one closest to your problem — we'll refine it together on the first call.

01

Run your operations without the chaos

We replace manual scheduling, approvals, inventory tracking, and reporting with one connected system — so work moves without depending on one person remembering everything.

Example: A distributor moved inventory, dispatch, and order status off spreadsheets and calls into one platform.
02

Give customers a better experience

Bookings, support, payments, and updates handled in one place — so customers get consistent answers and your team isn't buried in back-and-forth.

Example: An education business turned inquiries and enrollment into a clear, trackable customer journey.
03

AI document assistants for reviews and approvals

AI reads documents, answers questions, and speeds up reviews and approvals — with your team always in the loop and in control of the final decision.

Example: A hospital automated intake document review with AI, keeping a human approval step at every stage.
04

Live dashboards for machines and field operations

Machines, sensors, and field operations connected to your digital systems — so you see what's happening on the ground in real time, not at month-end.

Example: A manufacturer replaced manual machine checks with live status alerts and production reporting.
What we build

Software across every layer of your business.

The four problems above are where most engagements start. Here's the range of what we actually build once we're in.

SaaS Platforms

Multi-tenant products you can sell, not just use internally.

Internal Business Systems

Custom ERP and ops tools built around how your team actually works.

Customer & Vendor Portals

Self-serve booking, orders, and account access for the people you work with.

AI Assistants & Copilots

Document review, Q&A, and decision support with a human always in the loop.

Operations Dashboards

Live visibility into production, inventory, and field activity in one screen.

Mobile Applications

Field teams and customers, on iOS and Android, connected to the same system.

Workflow Automation

Approvals, handoffs, and notifications that run without manual chasing.

Inventory & MES Systems

Stock, production, and dispatch tracked in real time, not at month-end.

Booking & Scheduling

Appointments, capacity, and resourcing handled without back-and-forth.

CRM & ERP Extensions

Custom modules and integrations your off-the-shelf tool doesn't support.

API Integrations & Data Platforms

API-first integrations connecting your existing tools into one source of truth.

Industrial IoT Systems

Sensors and machines feeding live data into the dashboards your team uses.

Not sure which one fits?

Tell us the problem in plain words — we'll tell you what to build and how.

How we work

From first conversation to a system you own.

No spec sheets to fill in on your own, no dev jargon required. You work directly with the engineers building your system, from day one.

01

Tell us what's slowing you down

A conversation, not a questionnaire. Describe the problem in your own words — we ask the right follow-up questions.

02

We map the system

You get a plain-English plan showing what we'll build and why — reviewed and approved by you before anything is built.

03

We build and hand it over

Experienced engineers build it end to end. You get the finished system — fully documented, extensible and fully yours.

Ownership

The platform, code, and data belong to you.

Not a temporary layer of outsourced capacity — a system your organization can run, extend, and maintain on its own.

You own everything

Code, infrastructure, and data live in environments you control — no black-box APIs, no vendor lock-in.

Built to run in production

Systems are built production-ready from day one — engineered for reliability, not validated as a demo and rebuilt later.

Documented for your team

Clear documentation means you're never dependent on us to make future changes.

Engineering foundation

Chosen for reliability, not preference.

Every system is designed around your business first — not around a favorite framework. We choose technology based on what stays maintainable, scalable, and fully yours long after we hand it over.

Frontend

React, Next.js, TypeScript

Backend

FastAPI, Python, Node.js

Cloud

AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker

Data

PostgreSQL, Supabase, Redis

AI

OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, RAG, Vector Search

Industrial

MQTT, OPC-UA, PLC Integrations

Starting point

Start small. See the work before you commit.

No 10-week contract on day one. We start with a scoped first step — a system map, a working prototype, or a fixed-scope pilot — so you can see how we work before deciding to go further.

Questions

Common questions from non-technical founders.

I'm not technical — how do I even brief you?

You describe the problem in plain words — what's slow, manual, or breaking. We translate that into a system design and walk you through it before we build anything.

Will I understand what you're building?

Yes. Updates are given in plain language, not developer jargon, and you approve each stage before we move to the next.

What if I don't know whether I need AI or just software?

That's normal — most clients don't know either. We figure it out together on the first call, based on your actual problem, not a preference for AI.

How long does a project take?

Most systems ship in 4–10 weeks depending on scope. We'll give you a specific timeline after the first conversation.

Not sure what you need? Tell us the problem.

We'll tell you exactly what to build — in plain English.
