About Tavra Labs

Engineering built for ownership.

Good engineering shouldn't be a privilege. Based in Bengaluru, building globally.

“The future is already here — it’s just not very evenly distributed.”

William Gibson

We believe good engineering should be. That’s why we started Tavra.

How it started

We met while building logistics software — Dhanush working on backend systems and infrastructure, and Vinyass designing the products and interfaces people used every day.

It showed us what becomes possible when software is backed by strong engineering and thoughtful product design. We also saw how difficult it was to access that depth without building and maintaining a technology team of your own.

Tavra grew from that gap: bringing the same engineering discipline to businesses that need technology to work seriously for them.

Focused, honest, and yours.

You own everything

Your code, your infrastructure definitions, your data layer. No black-box IP, ever. Transparency is how resilient systems get built.

Defined sprints, real deliverables

We work in focused blocks with concrete outcomes — not open-ended retainers that bill by the hour.

We build what we're great at

Complex, functional, AI-native systems. If something sits outside our strength, we'll say so and point you to the right people.

Senior hands, quick starts

Built directly by the founders: backend and infrastructure on one side, product design on the other. So you move from scoping to shipping fast.

Let's build something that lasts.

Tell us what you're building and where you're stuck. We'll come back with how we'd approach it.
